March is an exciting time at the Wenonah Brewing Company located at 4065 West 6th Street in Goodview. Besides regularly planned Local Taps and Jams, which features live music every Friday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., Wenonah Brewing Company will also celebrate the beginning of the traditional Bavarian brew season with Marzenfest, on March 5. That event brings members of the Winona Area Homebrewers into the taproom to share their brews with the public; sampling starts at 2 p.m. Accompanied by music starting at 3:30pm and other tasty treats, including The Woodshed wood fired pizza, it is a great way to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
Brewmasters Steve Barber and Davie Weinhold, along with taproom manager Paul Brown, opened the taproom in November 2013.
