The Lefty Hymes Memorial Deer Park provides an opportunity to observe wildlife. The park, located near Prairie Island Campground, contains numerous does and a few bucks.

Acres of lush forestland surround Prairie Island Dog Park and give dogs plenty of room to stretch their legs. Nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River, the dog park offers a safe play environment for both owner and Fido.
