The Clothes Shop is a program of Winona Volunteer Services (WVS), a non-profit organization in Winona County. The mission of the Clothes Shop is to:
- Provide low-cost high quality clothing for all income levels that generate revenue which supports WVS operations
- Provide FREE clothing to people in the Winona area in cases of an emergency
- Recycle non-sellable clothing and support its distribution overseas
