7th Street Retreat

This lovely Victorian home has two separate units but can also be rented as one. It has two living rooms, a dining room, four bedrooms, two and a half baths, laundry room, a screened in porch, a grill and a backyard patio. Both sides have two bedrooms, although there is flexibility upon request. This home is located in a beautiful residential area, right next to the Winona State Campus, and about two blocks away from the downtown. The Mississippi River is only 7 blocks in one direction, and Lake Winona is about 8 blocks in the other. Because it is in the center of town, there is almost no important location that is more than ten minutes away. The many festivals in Winona are very accessible; The Great River Shakespeare Company and Frozen River Film Festival and Beethoven Festival have most of their events on campus.
