The Joseph Fugina House is situated just at the end of “downtown” Fountain City and faces our beautiful river, right at the foot of the bluff behind. The home was recently tastefully restored to showcase the home’s historic charm, with added modern conveniences.

The property offers one-bedroom suites, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom whole house rental opportunities.

Our main floor features a grand entryway and a large living room that is open to all of our guests. On the second floor you’ll find a full kitchen, dining area, laundry, attached deck, and the three suites available for rent (each with private bathroom). Flat screen TV’s in each living room and all suites! Scenic views from nearly every room in the house!

All suites offer luxurious bed linens and down comforters atop of the most comfortable Therapeutic semi-firm mattresses. Each suite is also supplied with bath linens, sample size shampoo/conditioners, soap and make-up wipes. Coffee cart with Keurig coffee maker and coffee cups supplied in each suite.

• This property is not handicapped accessible. Guests must walk up stairs from the road, and all bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home.
