Nosh Scratch Kitchen
NOSH Scratch Kitchen serves western Mediterranean influenced American cuisine focused on the bounty of the farming community of southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
The menu is ultimately determined by the seasonal availability of produce and meats provided by the local farmers. Loaves of bread are baked fresh daily on the premises as well as desserts and sausages. Creating these offerings in-house ensures the freshest possible food is offered daily. An impressively stocked, full-service bar caters to every palate. Quality affordable wines from around the world are available by the glass or bottle. Bar program offers a mix of classic, contemporary, and craft cocktails.
The health and safety of our guests, as well as our family of employees, is the No. 1 priority for NOSH Scratch Kitchen. As a fixture in the SE Minnesota area for over 16 years, it is our responsibility to be proactive in challenging times. Currently, we are following guidance and recommendations from the CDC, state government, and local health codes while continuing to evaluate our standard procedures. Our restaurant has been meeting food safety and sanitation standards for decades, so these protocols are already in place, and we continue to maintain the highest possible standards in service and product quality. However, as we continue to monitor current events, we are increasing these protocols, with additional layers of caution and mindfulness to provide peace of mind to our guests and team members.

Dining at NOSH will be by reservation only.
We will be asking guests to adhere to a 90-minute stay.
Our maximum party size will be four guests, with an exception being up to six guests if the party is a family with children.
Our dining room will be at less than 50% capacity, with proper spacing between tables.
Limiting guest interaction with shared utensils and dishes where applicable.
Increased presence and use of hand sanitizers and soap.
Ensuring that our staff are continuously updated and educated on preventative measures outlined by the CDC and MNDH.
Increasing the frequency of cleaning practices and sanitation procedures within our restaurant and common area in the building.
Additionally, all staff members have been advised not to report to work and to seek medical attention if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have come into contact with affected individuals.
