Minnesota Beethoven Festival

The Minnesota Beethoven Festival is an annual, three-week classical music festival in Winona, presenting nationally and internationally recognized artists in performance each summer. Since 2007, the Minnesota Beethoven Festival has celebrated the music and legacy of Ludwig van Beethoven, in an unequaled environment of performance, discovery, and community, nestled in the quaint bluffs of southeast Minnesota.

MN Beethoven Festival: Joshua Bell

 Joshua Bell is one of the most celebrated violinists of his era with a career spanning more than 30 years as a soloist, chamber musician, recording artist and conductor. An exclusive Sony Classical artist, he has recorded more than 40 CDs garnering Grammy, Mercury, Gramophone and Echo Klassik awards, and is a recipient of the Avery Fisher Prize, as well as the Lumiere Prize for his work in the sphere of Virtual Reality.

French organist Olivier Latry is one of the most distinguished concert organists in the world today. A titular organist at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, he is also Professor of Organ at the Paris Conservatory of Music, Organist Emeritus with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra in Canada, and maintains a full schedule of concert performances appearing regularly as a soloist at prestigious venues and festivals, and with leading orchestras around the world.

Polish-American pianist Adam Golka has been regularly on the concert stage since the age of sixteen, when he won first prize at the 2nd China Shanghai International Piano Competition. He has also received the Gilmore Young Artist Award and the Max I. Allen Classical Fellowship Award from the American Pianists Association. With his extensive concerto repertoire, Adam Golka has appeared as a soloist with dozens of orchestras.
