THIS Project Space is happy to announce a group exhibition opening August 1st. UNHALVED & WITHOUT BETWEEN features works by nine remarkable artists, each presenting forms that transmit signals through immediacy, tactility, process, and direct action. Together, these paintings, drawings, and sculptures remind us that a mark might be more than a mere record of the past; it might also provide access to an ongoing continuous unfolding. This exhibition is organized by John Fleischer.
Artists: Alexa Horochowski, Bill Crane, Hannah Lee Hall, Janice Essick, Jonathon Rosemond, Katelyn Reese Farstad, Lamar Peterson, Rachel Collier and Tom Bubul.
The exhibition runs from August 1 to August 29. Reception is Saturday, August 1 from 1-4 pm at THIS Project Space, 953 W 5th Street Winona, MN. Regular hours are Fridays 5-7 pm, and Saturdays 1-4 pm when shows are installed. Other hours by appointment. THIS Project Space presents shows of contemporary art in summer and fall months.
