Experience one of the Midwest’s most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.
We also offer a run – bike – run Duathlon that will follow our Sprint run and bike courses.
New for 2024! We are offering two Aquabike events. We will have a Short Course race that will follow our Sprint swim and Bike routes and an Intermediate Course race that will follow the International Swim and Bike routes.
- International Course – .93 mile swim | 23.85 mile bike | 6.2 mile run
- Sprint Course – .25 mile swim | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
- Duathlon – 3.1 mile run | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
- Aqubike International Course – .93 mile swim | 23.85 mile bike
