Tom Wopat, the original “Luke” Duke from the Dukes of Hazard TV show will headline the 39th annual Upper Mississippi Jazz Festival – now expanded to three days!
Join the La Crosse Jazz Orchestra featuring Tom Wopat at the HBP Theater at St. Cecilia Hall, 1124 West Broadway, Winona on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 7:30 pm for an amazing evening of jazz sponsored by Hurry Back Productions. The New York Times raved, “Tom Wopat, like Sinatra in his glory days, makes it all look easy and perfectly natural.”
