Ken Hayes shares his experience of trying poutine from Chef’s Table, a food truck from Winona, Minnesota, during the Aurora Parade. The poutine, priced at $15, included fries, beef and pork gravy, cheese curds, lettuce, spicy pickles, and special sauce. Hayes describes the dish as a perfect blend of flavors, praising the thin, crispy fries and melt-in-your-mouth cheese curds. He was so impressed that he asked where the truck would be next. “As soon as I finished eating the poutine, I returned to the window of the food truck and asked where they would be tomorrow.”
