Visit Winona’s Executive Director, Pat Mutter, was a guest on KSTP’s MN Live program because Winona was listed as one of the 10 most beautiful small towns in the Midwest. Mutter highlighted Winona’s winter activities, including the Frozen River Film Festival, Winona’ ice climbing park, snowshoeing, ice fishing, ice skating, fat biking and cross country skiing. For those looking for indoor activities, Mutter highlighted museums, shopping, and the brewery. When asked asked about what she loves about Winona, Mutter talked about Winona’s natural scenic beauty, the abundance of things to do, the vibrant arts scene, Winona’s Festivals and of course the people who call Winona home. “There’s always so much to do…it’s never boring in town,” said Mutter.
