Now in its 15th year, the popular Boats and Bluegrass Music Festival, taking place September 26-29, is the perfect Mississippi get-together. Featuring artists both national and local, the festival will play host to over 40 bands including Charlie Parr, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Shook Twins, Pert Near Sandstone, Dustbowl Revival, Lindsay Lou, Jacob Jolliff and more.
Located at Prairie Island Campground in Winona, on the shores of the Mississippi River, the festival will welcome more than 2,000 people. This family-friendly festival features music, camping, kids’ activities, and canoe/kayak/SUP (stand up paddle board) rentals, all included in the purchase of a weekend ticket. Kids under 16 get in free with a paying adult.
In partnership with Visit Winona, there will be a limited amount of discounted All-Weekend Passes available by using the code VisitWinona at the online ticketing system found on the Boats and Bluegrass website. For more information, visit boatsandbluegrass.com or on Facebook and Instagram.
