First, why are we the Miami of Minnesota, you ask? Well, we are located on the border of Minnesota exactly where Miami sits in Florida, we are on record as the warmest city in Minnesota, and we have miles and miles of sand beaches here on the beautiful Mississippi River. Not enough? Okay, we also have a sense of humor here and joking about it is funny.

But all kidding aside, springtime is perfect in Winona because it comes earlier than anywhere in the state (really) and we are chock full of things that will keep you delightfully entertained.
