Once You Arrive

The Minnesota Marine Art Museum is located at 800 Riverview Drive, Winona, Minnesota 55987, approximately 1.9 miles from Winona Station (65 East Mark Street, Winona, Minnesota 55987). Improving transit services to and from the Winona Station is of utmost importance to both MMAM and the City of Winona. Still, current public transit service to and from MMAM can be irregular and spotty. We strongly recommend that you book your preferred method of travel ahead of time.

  • Google Maps estimates that it takes 35-45 minutes to walk or 10-12 minutes to bike.
  • You can schedule a ride with Lyft.
  • Bird provides electric scooter service in the Winona region.
  • The City of Winona does not offer a public route to and from the Minnesota Marine Art Museum (yet). But it does offer a way to call in advance (507-454-6666) and book your shuttle service – Dial A Ride Service, available Mondays through Friday 6a – 6:15p, and Saturdays 9a-5p (service currently not available Sundays). It is recommended to schedule this up to 6 days to 24 hours in advance. To learn more about the current transit system in Winona, visit https://www.cityofwinona.com/175/Winona-Transit-Service.
