The Winona County Historical Society is excited to announce the Cemetery Walk 2024 theme: “Historic Places, Historic Faces”.

Traverse historic Woodlawn Cemetery to sites with community actors portraying people of our past. If you cannot make the walk, then there is an accessible performance of the sites held at the History Center, too.

Each year features different people and a different historical topic. This year, WCHS highlights people associated with local schools, churches, business buildings, hotels, government buildings, organizations, the lumber & grain mills, and a special site about places gone but not forgotten.
