MMAM’S 10th Anniversary Celebration

Ten years ago, on July 27, 2006, the Minnesota Marine Art Museum opened its doors for the first time. What was once a three gallery museum has now grown to include 6 large galleries showcasing everything from contemporary regional artists to groundbreaking artists like Monet, Renoir, Picasso, Van Gogh, O’Keeffe and Cole to name just a few.  One of the most famous paintings in the world, Emanuel Leutze’s Washington Crossing the Delaware, now hangs permanently at the MMAM. Without your support the MMAM would not be where it is today; the public is invited to celebrate on Saturday, July 30 from 10:00 am-5:00 pm. The museum will be open to the public for $1 admission with friendly volunteers on hand to help answer questions and give mini-tours.
