Local author, Janice Kirk, has written a memoir, The Road to Beaver Park: Painting, Perception, and Pilgrimage; inside the memoir are paintings she has done while on sabbatical camping in National Parks and Forest Service sites. Paintings from the book will be on display at the Winona Public Library.

Trester Trolley Tours

The Trester Trolley Tours depart  from the Trester Trolley Depot at 956 Mankato Avenue (just north of Highway 61 next to Perkins) and last approximately 60 minutes. The tour will immerse you in the history of the city, familiarize you with its most prominent places of interest, and point out many fun things you may wish to do during your visit to Winona.
