Terms of Use
We know your mission, like ours, is to attract interest in Winona. To assist you in that mission, Visit Winona makes a gallery of images available for our partners’ use. These images are each copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any format besides the uses outlined below.
Images are being provided by Visit Winona for use by partners in certain partnership categories only. Rules for use are as follows:
Partners at select levels may download images from this gallery to use in digital marketing, including partner websites, digital brochures, e-newsletters, blogs, e-cards, and social media platforms.
Images may not be used for printed products.
Images cannot be used in advertising such as purchased banner ads, purchased or boosted social media ads, etc.
Images may not be supplied to digital or print publications for use in editorial content, such as stories, advertorials, or any other coverage created by outside entities. Please direct them to Visit Winona if photos for such coverage are requested.
Images from Visit Winona may not be loaded into a partner’s Trip Adviser or Yelp account, as those entities take the copyright for photos.
There is no limit to the number of images a partner can display, however, images cannot be used by non-partner entities even if they have the same parent company as the partner.
Images must be used with the watermark unaltered. Any uses in which the watermark has been removed, altered, or obscured will void the agreement for use of images and result in loss of access to the vendor photo gallery for the remainder of the partnership period.
Images may not be altered in any way except for to be reduced in size.
Images may only be displayed during the partnership period for which a partner is at a sufficient level for access to it. If a previously eligible partner moves to a lower partnership category that does not provide complimentary images, then at the start of that calendar year, it must remove all Visit Winona images from its products.
