Music fans rejoiced as Mid West Music Fest (MWMF), an all-ages, multi-genre, multi-day music festival in Winona, Minnesota and La Crosse, Wisconsin announced the lineup for their 10th annual event.
The festival, which is slated in Winona for May 3-4, will have shows in venues all over the city. “The festival is always a mix of folk and Americana – as you’d expect from Minnesota – and urban/punk influences from the Twin Cities. And it’s everywhere – in bars, coffee shops, stages, and even religious centers in both cities,” an article in the Post Bulletin explains. “This year, the festival was moved back a month to take advantage of the springier weather. So look out for a wider range of outdoor stages in this year’s schedule.”
