Winona’s Penquin Zesto was included in the list of shops and is a “locally owned business that has been around for over 60 years.” Penquin Zesto offers: “Soft-serve ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes, malts, floats and slushes are just some of the frozen treats made on-site. Try the Paddle Wheels, which are ice cream sandwiches dipped in chocolate and covered with a mix of nuts and sprinkles.”
