The Page Series at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota continues Nov. 10 with Peter Rabbit Tales. Beatrix Potter’s beloved favorites come to life in a one-hour production complete with colorful masks and magical music. Children are also invited to the Winona Public Library on Nov. 7 at 12:30 p.m. for a free story time and a mask-making workshop.
The Special Consensus will offer bluegrass favorites in a 7:30 p.m. concert on Nov. 12. Featuring Saint Mary’s alumnus Greg Cahill, the band will also present a free workshop on bluegrass music at 12:15 p.m.
Saint Mary’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents Medea: A Virgin’s Voice Nov. 5-8. This production of Seneca’s tragedy features a new translation. Recommended for those ages 13 and up.
