The second weekend of February brings a plethora of events to Winona, all celebrating the wonder of winter! The Winona Visitor Center is celebrating the Winona Winter Carnival and Frozen River Film Festival on Saturday, February 10 and Sunday, February 11 during our normal winter hours, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring in a selfie of you participating in any of the variety of events and activities—from racing in the Snowshoe Showdown, to diving into a bowl of chili at Ready Set School’s annual Chili Cook Off, to taking in a documentary at the Frozen River Film Festival—and get 40% off any one item at the Visitor Center.
