We’ll meet up at Lake Park Lodge for a couple hours of paddling with the Sanborn and Merrimack Canoe Companies. These Winona boat builders will have canoes and paddles to test drive, and Lake Lodge will also have canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards on hand. Of course, if you prefer to, you can bring your own watercraft as well.
There will be drawings for great prizes for folks who use the hashtag #winonamn at the event.
The event will give you a chance to meet face-to-face with other Winona (and beyond) photographers and Instagram users. We’ll have fun on the water, and then gather afterwards at Island City Brewery for a social at 7:30pm.
This is the 3rd Visit Winona Instameet. Past events have included gatherings at Blooming Grounds Coffeehouse and Island City Brewery with group walks through downtown Winona and Levee Park. Instagram-famous photographers from across the Midwest have joined us for these fun tours and social hours.
This event is in conjunction with Sanborn Canoe Company’s Base Camp 2019 festivities.
