Watercrafts are plentiful in Winona and here’s some places you can rent them:
Lake Lodge: Kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, and everything else you’ll need to get out on Lake Winona, available to rent with an annual Park and Rec membership fee of $20 or $10 per day.
The rental center at Prairie Island Campground rents canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, tents, sleeping bags, pads, and more and is located on the upriver side of the campground near the public boat launch and spillway. The rentals are open to the public and they have trained staff that will assist users to help facilitate a safe fun day of recreating on the Mississippi river. At this time canoe, kayak, and stand up paddle boards are available in person only at the rental center.
