Theatre du Mississippi will perform “Sometimes There’s Wine,” a delightful and witty show created by Shanan Custer and Carolyn Pool, who also wrote 2 Sugars, Room for Cream. Despite its playful title, this show is not just about wine; it’s about the genuine and charming relationship between the characters. The performance is filled with humor and authenticity, offering a series of comic vignettes that shed light on the hilarity of everyday situations. Sometimes There’s Wine offers the audience the pleasure of eavesdropping on a lively conversation between strangers, friends new and old, and siblings. This show encompasses moments of poignancy, uproarious humor, and the occasional sly comment on current affairs. This show is considered PG-13 due to the adult language throughout.
