Festival ticket packages for the 2017 Minnesota Beethoven Festival go on sale March 21. The 2017 season includes 9 different performances from July 6 to July 23, featuring violinist Joshua Bell, cellist David Finckel and pianist Wu Han, the Anderson & Roe Piano Duo, Dale Warland and the Festival Chorale, the Dover Quartet, Boston Brass, the Manhattan Chamber Players, and the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. The Minnesota Orchestra will present the ever-popular annual free pops concert at Lake Park to open the Festival on July 6.
There are three Festival ticket package options: the 8-concert series includes all 8 indoor concerts and is priced at $175 for adults/$147 for students and senior citizens, the 7-concert series (excludes Anderson & Roe Piano Duo) is priced at $155 for adults/$131 for students and senior citizens, and the 6-concert series (excludes Anderson & Roe Piano Duo and David Finckel/Wu Han) is priced at $135 for adults/$115 for students and senior citizens.
