Bay State Milling, a 125 year old company that spans five generations and has a milling facility in Winona, continues to be innovative by providing new products that will benefit the consumer’s health according to a feature in Bake. It recently launched a new multi purpose flour, Wingold Wellness. The flour is a blend that “offers three times the gut-healthy fiber of traditional refined wheat flour with the same taste, functionality and quality.” Along with the traditional wheat flour, Wingold Wellness provides a good source of fiber for “applications” such as pizza, pasta, bread and tortillas.
