Winona’s Boats And Bluegrass Festival was listed as one of the top 10 Fall festivals in Minnesota by Best Things Minnesota. The Festival takes place at Prairie Island Campground on the banks of the Mississippi river. It’s very family friendly and children 16 and under are free. A weekend pass includes camping and canoe trips in the backwaters. Music genre includes Bluegrass, Folk, Americana, Country, Old-time, and everything in between and roots music is celebrated with over 40 bands all weekend long. The 2022 Festival runs September 22-25.
